Join us on January 3, 2026 for a winter adventure at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, featuring Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
Step into a dazzling wonderland of ice and artistry. Experience larger-than-life sculptures hand-carved from more than two million pounds of ice, each one capturing the magic of Rudolph's classic story.
Feel the chill in the air as you walk through rooms sculpted entirely from frozen creations, slide down icy slopes, and enjoy the frosty thrill of a North Pole adventure—right here in Florida.
The ticket admission is $32.24 per person, a special discounted rate that is more affordable than the standard admission during November and December.
To help us plan accordingly, please register in advance for the head count. Payment will be collected 30 days prior to the event, as required by the venue.
Registration and Payment Deadline: December 3, 2025
Please note that the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center requires all group payments to be processed 30 days before the event. Not all venues operate this way, but this policy ensures smooth coordination for events held at large convention centers where on-site payment is not accepted.
Once registered, participants will receive detailed information via email, including the exact meetup location and parking details. Parking is $15.00 per vehicle. Additional updates will be provided as the event date approaches and the payment is processed.
